There are two types of CITEC HHD. The CT3002/30 (up to 500N) is standard, for the lower extremities we recommend the CT3002/60. This can measure up to 1000N.

Measurement performance

The CITEC expresses the measured force in Newton, which is much more accurate than methods that use the conventional muscle strength scales for manual tests, such as the MRC scale.

The various accessories that are supplied with the CITEC also offer you the option of to further increase the accuracy of your actual measurement.

Correlation measurement results

The table below shows the results of a measurement of correlation in measurement results of the CITEC when using the three standard attachments (Full Fist grip, Three Point grip and Pinch grip).
